Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be completed in full before products are dispatched.
  • Airo reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Free express shipping applies to orders within Spain.
  • Estimated delivery times are 3–11 business days. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen events are not the responsibility of Airo.
  • Refunds will not be provided for shipping delays beyond Airo’s control.

Returns and Refunds

  • Airo’s 30-Day Clear Breathing Guarantee applies only to products that arrive damaged. Customers must report damage within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds are not available for used, opened, or improperly handled products.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged during transit or deemed defective.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via info@buyairo.com / Facebook or Shop Chat.

Prohibited Activities

  • Providing false information, such as fake billing or shipping addresses, is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized resale of Airo products is not permitted and will result in legal action.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested under Spanish law, and violators may face legal action. Orders marked as "Delivered" by the courier will be considered completed. Airo is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery.

Intellectual Property Protection

  • Airo’s trademarks, logos, product designs, and proprietary materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • Any unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution will result in immediate legal action.

Right to Refuse Service
Airo reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for violations including fraud, abuse of refund policies, misuse of products, or illegal activities.

Policy Updates
Airo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Spanish courts.
