Free Shipping Across the UK
We offer free express shipping for all orders within the UK.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 48–72 hours before shipping.
Delivery Time
Shipping typically takes 3–11 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, or unforeseen delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Customers are responsible for monitoring their deliveries and contacting the carrier directly if delivery issues arise.
Customer as Importer
The customer is the Importer of Record. By placing an order, you agree to accept full legal responsibility for the import of the goods into your country.
You are solely responsible for paying all applicable VAT, import duties, customs fees, and any other local taxes or charges required by your country’s laws.
Our responsibility for the goods ends when they are collected by the carrier at our factory or warehouse (“Ex Works”/EXW terms). At that point, all risk, liability, and ownership of the goods transfer to you.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping, and for ensuring that the goods clear customs in your country. Any delays, holds, or seizures by customs are outside our control.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address at the time of order.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs and any additional carrier fees.
We are not liable for lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with you to arrange a replacement where applicable. Damage or loss occurring after the goods are in your possession or after the point of dispatch from our facility is not covered.
